Terrible customer service. I walked into this beauty supply store today, greeted the employee, and was completely ignored until I looked directly at him. Only then did he finally say hello. I showed him an item I was looking for, and instead of offering any help or alternatives, he simply said they didn’t have it and walked away. The employee was extremely dismissive, rude, and acted like helping customers was a burden. I felt unwelcome the entire time I was there. There are plenty of other beauty supply stores that actually value their customers, and I would recommend spending your money elsewhere. I will not be returning to this location and would not recommend it to anyone looking for decent customer service.

If I could rate it zero I would I came in with my friends to pick up hair dye and we were racially profiled by the owner, he was rushing us when we were trying to decide which hair dye to pick, then proceeded to tell his employees to watch us as if we were stealing, then he accused us of taking two bottles of hair dye when we only had one don’t spend your money hair they appreciate

I go here all the time since its very close and they always greet me so nicely and are very helpful .
